 I need to make some repairs with CA glue and I don't want or have time to order it as anyone gotten it from Home Depot or Lowes?

I have found the stuff you find in hobby stores is better quality than the consumer grade stuff you can find at Home Depot.  You can also find it in different viscosities and sizes there.  If you have a Hobby Land or something similar try that.

Many hardware stores and hobby shops will carry glues distributed by Bob
Smith Industries and packaged with their store's name on the label. It's a
good glue and I use it in general, though I hate their accelerator and prefer
the Satellite City Mild.

Find a Radio Control Model shop in your area. Most will sell thin, medium, and thick high quality cyanoacrylate for around $7.00 an ounce. mostly sold in 1 oz, 2oz and 6 oz bottles. Most buy in bulk from the same wholesalers we use and repackage with their store logo on bottles. Most always have fresh supplies and are kept refrigerated. which is a good thing.

I have also found that the CA from the hobby stores is way cheaper than the CA from woodcraft. If you have a hobby lobby or similar store near you, try that.

yes  It can double the useful life of the CA provided that it is not already old.

90% of the CA I use comes straight from the hardware store; whatever their store brand is. Little wee tubes. Never failed me yet..... The rest comes from NAPA or Graingers. It's Loctite brand. They have countless varieties.

If I used 'little tube' glue, in the quantities I use it, I'd have to trade in the Fadal :)

Most hobby shop glue I've seen, as mentioned above, is the Bob Smith stuff. I keep the big bottles refrigerated, and leave the little refillable bottles on the bench.

I use the Bob Smith glue, and I know John Watkins does as well and we're both very happy with it. We're probably the biggest CA-users on the forum with the production inlay stuff. The loc-tite will do the trick, but I find that I use the ultra-low-viscosity stuff 99% of the time (buy it in 20oz bottles) and the super-duper-thick stuff on the rest. Hardware store stuff doesn't wick very well, which is a big factor on clean repairs.

Hot Stuff is a good hobby or hardware store brand.

I've mostly been using Surehold because I like the applicator. As Grumpy says, all the brands seem to work.

When all else fails, clean the shop.

I'm a fan of Loctite brand also because the applicator nozzle/cap is the only one that I have found that actually seals without the glue solidifying in the neck or going off in the bottle.

I like the loctite brand Lowes sells and i'm sure home depot does. This is all i use. Works wells.
